GET SET FOR WORK
A program for young people 15-17 years disengaged from school who require help with finding their future direction for life.
Many of the courses offered by NCTC Inc. are free to eligible participants with eligibility being determined by the funding provider (State, Federal or Local Governments). The majority of training programs offered by NCTC Inc. cover competencies from Nationally Accredited Training Packages which ensures that skills obtained can be transferable anywhere in Australia.
In 2007 and 2008 we were fortunate to gain funding from Sunshine Coast Regional Council through Community Development Grants to provide cooking skills to senior men in our community and Internet and Email training to members of local sporting and community groups. We hope to continue with these community partnerships with support from local council.
